OUR MISSION

The Confederation of the Ohlone People is a California Native American organization whose mission is to share history, re-educate community members and inspire healthy environments. We are committed to Indigenous peacemaking workshops and services, that centers agroecology education. We model the saying of “heal the land, heal the people.” Today members of the Confederation are involved in acknowledging ancient ecosystems, cultural revitalization and preservation, leveraging the arts to create visibility and telling the Ohlone story. Our goal is to feed the mind, body and Spirit, transforming how we interact with all living beings.
